Crawling

Crawling is the action of moving the body forward with reciprocal movements of the arms and legs while the belly remains in contact with the ground.

Babies begin to crawl between 5-7 months, though some skip this milestone! Crawling is the precursor to creeping, where you are able to lift your belly off the ground. If your baby is struggling to achieve this milestone, our pediatric PTs can help!
