Activities of Daily Living

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) are daily self-care activities! They are routine self-care activities that solely pertain to the individual.

These activities include bathing, grooming/hygiene, toileting, dressing, and feeding. Occupational therapists often help people become more independent with these skills.
